Q. Is the lease agreement per apartment or bed?
At The Den at Clemson, we offer by-the-bed leases. This is different from a traditional apartment lease, with one major benefit: you are only responsible for your rental installment, not your roommate’s. Check out our Parent FAQ page or contact the leasing office for further information!
Q. What is included within the lease?
At The Den at Clemson, we support families with many student-friendly amenities included in the rental agreement to help ease the financial burden. There is no additional charge for internet, water, gas, cable TV, flat-screen TV, fitness center, computer lab, study rooms, printing, and monthly social events. Each resident will be responsible for their electric bill. Please reach out to the leasing office if you have any additional questions!
Q. Is there a place to study or work on group projects with other students?
Of course! We offer an expansive community study lounge that ensures you have a place to hit the books free of distractions!
Q. What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately, at The Den at Clemson, we don’t allow pets. Please reach out to the leasing office if you have any additional questions!
Q. How do I pay rent?
We make paying rent convenient for our residents. You can pay through the Resident Portal. We also accept electronic checks, credit cards, and cash payments via MoneyGram. Please reach out to the leasing office if you have any additional questions!
Q. Is there WiFi in the community?
Absolutely! There is FREE WiFi in every apartment!
Q. What is the parking situation?
We require all residents looking to park their car at the property to purchase a parking pass to access the parking garage. Please note that availability is limited, and there is no visitor parking on-site. Please reach out to the leasing office if you have any additional questions!
